Top Ten Books Book
Titles with French Numbers In Them

TTT for September 14, 2021
#TopTenTuesday

🌼🌼🌼

Fun! I suggested this theme for #TopTenTuesday on October 1st, 2019, and I realize it’s back!
So to avoid featuring some of the same books, I’m going to do what I did two years ago (picking numbers 1-10), but in French this time!

I’m listing books that I have read, and that you probably not have heard about, for the most part.

I added the English cover when I know the book is available in English

2017: October wrap-up

October 2017 wrap-up

I took some time off this past month, so for me, it means less books read: if I’m on vacation, I walk a lot, in nature or else, and then I’m totally spent and sleep. So this month is my lowest stat for the year so far.
BUT we did listen to 2 audiobooks, as it was a long drive

Here is what I read this past month:

5  books:
3 in print
with 1,112 pages, that is: 35 pages/day
+ 2 audiobooks
with 20H20, that is: 39 mn/day
.

3 in mystery:

  1. Moriarty, by Anthony Horowitz – audiobook
  2. The Resistance Man, by Martin Walker – audiobook
  3. Concerto pour quatre mains, by Paul Colize

1 in science-fiction:

  1. Artemis, by Andy Weir – ebook

1 in nonfiction:

  1. Le Regard du Ressuscité, by Archimandrite Gabriel

My favorite in October

Concerto pour quatre mains

Blog recap in October

  • As part of my vacation, I went to Three Pines/Knowlton, in Quebec. It was so neat, we decided to stay and spend a night there. I hope to have soon some time to tell you all about it, with pictures!

  • I organized 2 giveaways. The one for November at France Book Tours is now available.
