My hunch would be that like me, you have heard about Ayurveda, but thought this was too involved, to launch into cooking following its principles. That’s exactly why the author decided to write The 30-Minute Ayurvedic Cookbook, to show you can actually prepare simple Ayurvedic meals in 30 minutes or less. Though she does admit that to reach that goal, you may have to use canned food or make large batches of food that will last the whole week.
