Day 3
I believe Le Petit Prince is the French book the most translated in the world.
We could start a debate here about it as a children’s book. But that would be too long.
Instead, here is a really good audio recording of it.
So if you are learning French, it is a nice tool to read and listen to it at the same time.
Here is the first chapter:
And here is the link to the playlist, with all the chapters.
HAVE YOU READ THIS BOOK?
DID YOU LIKE IT? WHY OR WHY NOT?
What a great idea to link that here. Yes, I believe it is a good book for people who only begin to learn French. Thanks.

It’s ages since I’ve read this: I wasn’t much more than a child. But this YouTube rendition brought back old memories. I think I’ll follow it up and listen to the lot!

Great link, brilliant! I studied French at university but it is SO rusty now.

If you studied it at that level, it would come back to you in no time!

Certainly a beautiful and worthwhile story.
I wrote a humorous piece for the June WEP prompt.
And I have my favorite book world narrowed down for the IWSG July prompt.

Over at Operation Awesome, our Pass or Pages query contest opens Monday with July’s family saga genre. Know any writers who might want to enter?

Perfect timing for me, Emma. I’m trying to read a pop-up version of the book in French, setting a goal to read a chapter a day.

On my list to read for a long time. Maybe I will read it during this month. Not in French though.
