Coloring books are rebecoming very popular. Ocean Life! is designed for 4-8 year olds, but really, I am sure adults could enjoy and learn a lot from it as well.
What really strikes me right away in this book, is how the author so smartly combined fun and facts. As you can see in the example below, she used this maze to help you follow the journey of a humpback whale from Alaska to Hawaii, which rights away teach you something about this animal.
And of course, you can learn even more with the little paragraph on top of the activity.

And there’s one fact accompanying each activity!
For instance next page is a coloring page about sea stars, and you learn that “If a sea start loses an arm ,it can grow one back.”
Honestly I didn’t know that, and I actually discovered many other facts throughout this cute book.
And when you are tired, and it’s gloomy outside, there’s nothing best than putting on relaxing music and coloring.
VERDICT: Cute coloring book to relax and learn at the same time!

You meant starfish ? I knew that 🙂 But to be honest, I have just known it for a couple of years. This reminds me I have a coloring book with gardens and brand new felts that I definitely want to try. Enjoy your sunday !
