Throwback Thursday: December 2010

Throwback Thursday

#ThrowbackThursday

Revisiting what I posted 10 years ago,
following the idea I found at The Chocolate Lady’s Book Review Blog
(click on this link or the logo to see where the idea started from,
and to post the link to your own post).

On the first Thursday of the month available on my site,
I’m planning to post about the previous month, 10 years before.

  📚 📚 📚

So today, I’ll be revisiting December 2010.

I published 14 posts, 7 of these were reviews.
The two that got most views are

Saving Ceecee the good thief

Click on the covers to see why.
I  updated these posts

To tell the truth, I don’t remember much of these. Hoffman has recently published another book. Have you read it? Do you recommend it to me?
If you love gothic, you have to read The Good Thief!

The book that blew my mind that month is:

unbroken

This one I really remember! Definitely a must if you have never read it.

I had also launched my own reading challenge, for books published in the first 5 years of my life. This post got the most comments of the month.
I did it for a few years, then stopped.

  📚 📚 📚

WHAT DO YOU THINK
ABOUT THIS THROWBACK THURSDAY POST?

WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO INCLUDE?
HAVE YOU READ THESE BOOKS?
Next post will be on February 4

  1. Hi there! I haven’t read Unbroken, but I did read Zamperini’s autobiography – Devil at my heels. Mesmerizing story! I still need to watch the movie that was adapted from Unbroken.

Like your spin on Throwback Thursday! Something different for sure.

  2. I keep seeing Unbroken pop up all over the place and hope to get to at some point. I finally have the hang of the Libby app and it’s helping me maintain my 2021 walking goals so perhaps I’ll be able to do a few more titles this year. Thanks again for all the great ideas.
