Throwback Thursday: October 2010

Throwback Thursday

#ThrowbackThursday

Revisiting what I posted 10 years ago,
following the idea I found at The Chocolate Lady’s Book Review Blog
(click on this link or the logo to see where the idea started from,
and to post the link to your own post).

On the first Thursday of the month available on my site,
I’m planning to post about the previous month, 10 years before.

  📚 📚 📚

So today, I’ll be revisiting October 2010.

I published 19 posts, 8 of these were reviews.
The two that got most views are

elegance of the hedgehog

Those are two books that I definitely enjoyed a lot.
The Elegance of the Hedgehog also got most comments of the month. Have you read it? Have you seen the movie? So so good!
Have  you read any other book by Muriel Barbery? I have read Gourmet Rhapsody, which has a character in common with The Elegance of the Hedgehog, but it’s definitely not as good.
I would also highly recommend these two:

WHAT DO YOU THINK
ABOUT THIS THROWBACK THURSDAY POST?

WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO INCLUDE?
If yes, next post will be on November 5

  1. Sorry, but I definitely hated the Muriel Barbery because of the main character 😉 I recently read a novel by Elizabeth Gilbert, The signature of all things, that I loved very much, I’ll have to read her other novels…

    • I was not thinking originally, but if I have read other books by the same author since then, why not. You have been blogging for even longer, are you going to do some type of Throwback Thursday?

  2. I haven’t read The Elegance of the Hedgehog, but it is on my ever growing TBR list. So hopefully, it will make it onto my Throwback Thursday Post any day now. I’ve just read your review and yes – I still want to read it!
