These days, you hear about new diets almost every week. I was curious about the keto diet, and Keto in 30 minutes was what I needed.
The introduction tells exactly what the book is about:
Part 1 has great lists and all kinds of helpful information to get started.
I also found there an excellent app to count calories in each of your meals.
Part 2 offers great recipes.
It starts with basics, including a bread recipe, a relief if you think you need to get rid of bread.
Then the recipes are sorted by meals. Most sound simple and delicious, whether you want to follow the keto diet or not. There are even some for healthy snacks, for instance cheesy spinach puffs.
The end of the book is packed with great advice, like what to do when you eat out. There’s a list of resources, websites and books, measurement charts, and the necessary index.
Plus it has gorgeous yummy pictures… that will make you hungry!! I guess that’s the only negative point of the book, lol!
VERDICT: If you want to launch into the keto diet, this is the book!

Ha ha that the negative will make you hungry! This looks like a great resource. I don’t follow a keto diet, but I have friends who do, so I’ll alert them to this title.

I have been on many diets in my life. The things I love to eat the most don’t fit with how I like my body to look. Ha Ha. Some years ago I learned the Weight Watchers system and have never looked for a diet again. But the thing is to find one that works for you and that you can live with happily.

I’m not obsessed by that, but I do try to eat healthily and with moderation
