Today, my Teasers are from
Olivier quickened his pace. He was regretting not having brought the bottle of vodka with him. Little by little as the alcohol wore off, the past was rising to the surface, bringing with it a host of black thoughts. As expected, the café was shut and they almost ran out of the park onto Boulevard de la Reine. They entered the first bar they came to. The noise, people and heat hit them like opening an oven door. Olivier ordered a double whisky and Jeanne a tea.
