I really want to read Lady Agnes and have it in my local library queue ( at least book one), Winter, Little Paris Bookshop and Beautiful Blue Death ( which I have as a NetGalley. … and, it’s snowing on your page as its raining here . No White Christmas here 😦

Persevere through book 1 and 2 (volume 1 in English), because it’s getting better and better (starting book 4 right now, that is2nd half of book 2 in English). Not sure why they did not do a 4 book series in English like in French.
most of the other titles are also thru Netgalley.
No white Christmas in Chicago either, but I have to say, snow on my blog is the only snow I really enjoy. If I were on the middle of nowhere, yes to snow, but it’s a pain in the city

Daoud has been so popular in France, it’s time I read it. But I need to re-read L’étranger, on which it based. read it in my teen so that’s many years ago!!

Love the cool graphics – I have The Islanders and I’d like to read The Little Paris Bookshop – I really want to read The Lake House by Kate Morton which is sitting patiently on my bookshelf.

you know, the graphics are easy to get on wordpress, i’m not even self-hosting, like you. Let me know if you want to know how to do it.
Actually just finished the Islanders yesterday night, typically noir Pascal Garnier, but really good

I don’t know any of these….. The book I really want to read is Norwegian Wood by Murakami, I’ve had it on my shelf for a few years as. One of those books I seem to keep for a rainy day for some odd reason.
