Mailbox Monday,
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?
and WWW Wednesdays

That’s it, cold has come down upon us…. time to disappear for a few months under covers with great books, and yes I have plenty of those.
One last dreadful thought on the weather: this year, the numerous flock of sand-hill cranes flying South, lucky they, are 2 weeks earlier than last year according to my own record, not very uplifting.

And a happy thought on books: at my request, Quercus has accepted to send me books translated from the French for review, and they generously shipped me 3 books instantly! – see below.
So a big hurray to Le French Book, Gallic Books, and now Quercus for their awesome job at translating/publishing books from the French. If you want something different, you should definitely go check the gems they have in store. And in case you forget, their icons are now in my right sidebar
