Today, Kayla Posney, working for the Pittsburgh Historical Fiction Examiner, published a very nice interview she did with me!
Here is the beginning of her great introduction:
The world of historical fiction features great authors and great bloggers and book reviewers who help promote the wonderful novels written by these fantastic historical fiction writers. These bloggers and reviewers have a passion for historical fiction and are proud to promote the works they read and enjoy.
Please go have a look at the rest of the intro and her fascinating questions… and what I answered!
Feel free to comment here about what your answers would be.
Great interview Emma! And nice to meet you, at least visually. 😉

Emma, what thought-provoking questions! I’m going to have to go back to check out 1025 in France and see what calls to you!

yes, that’s her usual set of questions to all the HF book bloggers she interviews. fun.
1025? not sure what that is. but 1098 is the year the Cistercian Order was founded, and a time when lots of religious orders were reforming – mainly to react the excess of the Cluniac success and wealth, and misreading of the Rule of Saint Benedict, with desire to go back to live a stricter life more faithful to the inspiration of the first monks
