MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THIS BOOK

Would you like a very quick cute warm mystery to help you get into the Christmas mood, and if I specify that Bruno and the Carol Singers is set in France, would you resist any longer? Well, you have no excuse to resist, as this is a very neat story. No big plot, no big splashes of blood, just a cozy mystery that highlights what Christmas is.

This is the first time I read anything by Martin Walker. I like his main character, Bruno the gentle village cop, definitely NOT the usual French cop you meet in France… Within less than 30 pages, the author manages to set a plausible story, with real characters, stuck in problems common in our time.

The list price is only $0.99, so why not go for it on December 18?

I will definitely consider other books in the same series on Bruno.
